About MeHi!
My name's Audrey Geipel (pronounced "Guy-pull"). I'm a Midwesterner at heart, so after 6 years in Los Angeles, I relocated to Minnesota to live closer to family. I'm 2 years out of school with a bachelor's degree in applied and computational mathematics with an emphasis in physics and a minor in 3D animation from the University of Southern California. That's a bit of a mouthful for one line on my resume, but it means that I have a background in multiple areas. I previously worked at DreamWorks Animation as a Technical Resource Administrator, helping to manage the 24/7 render farm, troubleshooting, and coding in Python to help automate the process. Getting an IMDB page was a huge highlight for me during my time there. When I'm not working on a computer or watching a movie, I spend a good chunk of my free time in the kitchen trying new recipes or scoping out the best places to eat and drink in whatever city I'm in.
